I.
Arch Club.
A members-only art club devoted to the foot.
Shot on film. Kept private. Made with intention.
II.Why not the free things
Anyone can find a picture. Few will ever hold a photograph.
What circulates online is taken in a second and forgotten in less. Ours is composed slowly, on film, with cameras chosen for the work: a Canon EOS-1V, a Mamiya 7, a Fuji GW690II.
Every frame is exposed once, developed with care and printed to be kept.
The difference is ours: rare, considered, made to last. It is why the discerning choose us.
III.Real women, truly paid
Every model is a real woman, and every model is paid. She shares in what her work earns, for as long as it earns.
In a world where a face can be made from nothing, film is quiet proof. There is a negative. There was a morning, a window, a woman and a camera.
Nothing here was generated.
To join is to keep this craft alive, and to keep it honest.
IV.Who she is
She is the girl next door, if the girl next door had the most beautiful feet you have ever seen.
Often married. Often long spoken for. She has always known what she has, and has rarely had anywhere to show it.
Here she does. Her name stays hers. Her face stays out of frame. Her life stays exactly as she keeps it.
What she shares is the thing she is proudest of, shown the way it deserves to be seen.
V.How we see
Editorial, never explicit. High fashion, never fast.
We photograph the arch the way others photograph architecture: for line, for light, for the shape it makes against the air.
