Privacy notice

Arch Club is operated by Arch Club, Brooklyn, New York. Write to us at hi@archclub.co with any question about your information.

Only what you give us, and the little a website needs to run:

• Member waitlist: your name or initial, email, the membership you chose, the preferences you share (what you collect, what draws your eye, sizes, toe shape, toe polish, photographic mood) and any note you add.
• Model applications: your name, email, shoe size, city, confirmation that you are 18 or older, whether you have modeled before, and your written answers.
• Drop reminders: your email and the drop you asked about.
• Visits: our host records standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. One cookie, set when you enter the site password, keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your bag is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us, and the opening animation is remembered only until you close the tab.

To hold your place on the waitlist and write to you when membership opens; to review model applications and arrange a call with those we would like to work with; to send the reminders you ask for; and to keep the site secure. We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for advertising.

Sign-ups are kept in a private Google Sheet that is never shared by link. The site is hosted by Vercel. When checkout opens, payments will be handled by a card payment provider, which holds your card details; we do not store them. These providers handle information only on our behalf.

A model's name, face and contact details are never published or shown to members. Members are held in the same confidence.

Waitlist entries stay until membership opens and you have been invited, or until you ask us to remove them. Applications we do not take forward are deleted after six months. Drop reminders are kept until the drop has passed.

You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to hi@archclub.co. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, and we will honour them.

Arch Club is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn that we have.

Information reaches us encrypted, and only the people who need it can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep as little as we can.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear here with its date, and we will write to members about any significant change.
