Terms of service

By using Arch Club, joining the waitlist, buying from us or applying to model, you agree to these terms. Arch Club is operated by Arch Club (“Arch Club”, “we”).

You must be 18 or older to use Arch Club. By entering, you confirm that you are.

Joining the waitlist holds a place in line, not a membership. Invitations go out in the order of the list, and we may decline any request.

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Your membership then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before then.

Every membership includes ten photos a month from each of our models, released on the 1st, 10th and 20th, and the 4×6 prints listed for it: one every other month, chosen by us, with Pentelic, or one every month, chosen by you from the collection, with Parian.

Each 4×6 print is made in a numbered edition of ten. Members' prints and prints sold on their own come from the same ten, and once an edition is gone that frame is not printed again. If the print you choose is gone by the time your order is made, we ask you to choose another.

Photos you receive as a member stay in your account after you cancel. When a month closes, its photos join the Archive, where each set is sold on its own. After a year of continuous membership, every set is half price.

Membership fees are not refunded for a period already begun, except where the law requires it. If a print or negative arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Because every negative is one of one, a negative cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. Prints and negatives travel in plain packaging, and become your responsibility once delivered.

Drop items are limited and sold first come, first served. An item is yours only once payment is complete.

When you buy a print, a Polaroid or a negative, you own that object. The photograph itself, with its copyright and every other right in it, stays with Arch Club, and owning a negative does not give you the right to reproduce it.

Digital downloads and drop photos are licensed to you for private viewing only. You may not copy, post, share, sell or publish any Arch Club image, in whole or in part, or use one to train or prompt AI.

Never try to identify, locate or contact a model outside the club. A model may write to a member only at the member's request, through the club. Harassment, or any attempt to break a model's anonymity, ends a membership at once and without refund.

Tips and gifts go to the model you choose. Arch Club retains 20% of each tip.

Applying does not guarantee selection. We are currently hiring only in the New York City metro area, and long commutes are not covered as expenses. Models who are selected sign a separate agreement covering pay, rights and privacy.

Keep the site password to yourself. We may change or pause the site, and may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

The site and its contents are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Arch Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the eight months before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are heard in its courts.
